At the DirectTrust Annual Conference, a recurring theme came up around exploring the idea of Adoption Consultants to help users optimize their use of Direct Secure Messaging. These Consultants would be validated third-parties who could offer a level of support above and beyond what DirectTrust staff is currently able to provide. DirectTrust is exploring this idea through the launch of an Adoption Consultant Task Force.

Both members and non-members of DirectTrust are invited to join this Information Session on Thursday September 4th at 12 pm ET/ 9 am PT about the launch of this Task Force. DirectTrust membership will be required to participate in the Task Force.
